Re-Life GripMaxx recycled plastic deck boards feature an integrated aggregate-based, anti-slip surface for secure footing in all conditions.
Description:
High quality 100% recycled plastic residue from post industrial and commercial usages and where necessary selected process additives.
Production Process:
The different polymers are ground, mixed and fused under high temperatures and pressures and pressed into moulds.
Finish:
The surface is knot free, evenly coloured and textured, with an aggregate infill.
Dimensions:
1200mm x 150mm x 38mm profile with grooved top surface and aggregate infill.
Independent load testing certifies Re-Life GripMaxx to exceed the required 5.0kN/M2 loading requirement for pedestrian bridges and boardwalks.
Composition: A proportion of LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene, HDPE (High Density Polyethylene), PP (Polypropylene), ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene Co-polymer, HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene), other thermoplastic materials and aggregate infill.

SLIP RESISTANCE PERFORMANCE
Re-Life GripMaxx has been independently tested in accordance with BS EN 16165 (HSE-approved pendulum method), delivering exceptional slip resistance performance in both wet and dry conditions.
The UK Health & Safety Executive (HSE) identifies 36 PTV as the minimum threshold for a low slip risk surface. GripMaxx significantly exceeds this benchmark, providing reliable performance in demanding environments.
